To call a taxi simply send a regular text message to the number:

333 333 0749 (for Bologna and province) o
336 673 0000 (for nationals).

In the text of the SMS, write the name of the collection route to Bologna (or piazza, vicolo) and the street number.
The system transmits incoming requests to the Radiotaxi central unit of the city or competent city and immediately sends a text message to the customer in response:

– “We are looking for a taxi. Wait for a confirmation by text message. Thank you“.

After a few seconds, the customer will receive a second SMS:

– “Found the taxi! Taxi “Lyon 20” arrives in 3 minutes. Thank you“.
